My Acne Cured!

Hey everyone! Anybody miss me? 

I am so sorry for not updating for a while since I am busy lately and later. So I’m using this short and free time to blog since you must want to know the progress of my acne journey, and what am I going to say over here is it is……

I will keep this writing simple and short. My latest post in 2017 is about Aiken Tea Tree Oil Review. Anybody has read it? Okay, if you haven’t, make sure you go through right after this. 

My acne is about 80% recovered. My face is getting better and I have less worry now (Yeay!). I am in the process of treating acne scars right now and less nodule, cyst and pustules can be seen on my face since two months ago. 

What makes my skin better? I will be telling you some tips including a few things to be practiced in our daily life to prevent acne (I did it and worked), types of product that really work and worth and last but not least the do and don’ts. I will be sharing all of this on the next upcoming posts. There are a few products that I really want to share with you that really help me in battling acne. But, not now. FACE

On June 22 2017, my face was aggravated with acne which mostly are nodule and cysts. They are really painful and mostly nodule and cyst will takes place on my chin area and upper cheeks ( located beside the nose) as well as nose. On Nov 3 2017, as can be seen, the acne has gone but I still have the tendency to have acne on chin if I don't watch my diet.

FOREHEAD

    Based on the first picture, severe acne usually grown on my forehead  especially between the eyebrows, above the eyebrows and in the middle of the forehead. Those areas are the hotspots for acne. In order to treat them, I will apply T3 Clindamycin Gel 1% as a spot treatment to reduce the size of acne.

Before this, acne was never grown on my both cheeks but since last year, they grew in a ferocious way and keep growing until two months before they stop growing.

During the process of healing, I have tried some products that seems suits my skin after 4 years battling with acne and I am truly excited to share with you. Stay tuned!

Most of you must have known the effectiveness of tea tree oil in fighting acne especially severe acne. When I applied the tea tree oil and make it as a routine but seems my acne is hardly to diminish. I kept asking myself Where is the tea tree promises?!” I kept applying that on but it never goes away!

During that time, I was using tea tree oil and Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Blemish Gel at the same time and it works well. My face becomes more improved until I had run out the blemish gel and they were getting worst again!

Ingredients:

Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil 100%

Packaging:

A tinted body glass with plastic white cap for 10ml only. No other version, just 10ml.

Texture and odour:

A strong smell of tea tree and watery.

Directions:

Dab on finger and apply directly onto blemishes and affected area or wherever skin is prone to breaking out. Avoid contact with eyes.

When it is to be compared to other tea tree oil, everything offered is the same; volume, contents. But it differs because Aiken Tea Tree Oil offered you with super shocking price!

Opinion:

I did not use this tea tree oil as a stand-alone routine, but I will combine with any other spot treatment products. For instance, Thursday Plantation Tea Tree Blemish Gel or Tidact Gel 1% to ensure the high speed of recovery. I will apply as directed on the bottle at least twice daily after cleansing.

Pros:

-cure severe acne including cysts
-high sensation of tea tree
-multi-task oil

Cons:

-a tingling effect on the skin (irritate my skin causes slightly red if put it too much on the skin)
-unable to treat nodule (it is hard though)

     I know it have been four months since I stopped writing and decided to come back to do another review. Oh man, I am struggling to complete my final year past few months, thats why!^^ psst also never forget to struggle with my never ended acne nightmare.

So, what I am supposed to do over here is to introduce you with my new skincare regimen which is Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar! (clap,clap)>.< At first, I am quite hesitating to use it although some research, asking people and feedback from the users who are using this has been done. Yeah, Im afraid if it isnt work on me so it just a waste of time and money. MONEY is highlighted.

Yet, have you heard about this Bragg ACV which kinda popular with acne sufferer? They may use this as their skincare regimen to banish acne. After considering and at last I decided to try it and let the power of Almighty determined to cure me or not. It is the best. I used this ACV since March 23th this year and tomorrow will completely a month I am using this.

Actually, ACV has lots of benefits and it does not limited to cure acne only but also dandruff, sore throats, help lose weight and so on ~ (browse if you want to know more).As you can see, this ACV is special because it is RAW and UNFILTERED.

Here, I like to feed my reader with information rather giving a blind review without research and confirmation.

Ingredients:
Certified organic, raw apple cider vinegar and purified water. Diluted to 5% acidity.
       
Packaging:
It is a big-glassed bottle and surely fragile. Handle with care. Amount as 946ml.

Texture and odour:
Watery. Like other vinegar. Smelled stinks and strong of fermented apple scents.

Direction:
Since it is concentrated, dilute it with water to reduce AHA concentration. Since you are new to ACV, use ratio 1 ACV to 3 water. I used ACV:Water =1:2. Make a skin patch test on side of your face before applying to the whole face to avoid irritation. Wet it on cotton pad. Leave for 15 minutes and wash your face. Apply it alternately for the first week to reduce the culture shock to your skin.

For me, I used it as toner everytime after cleansing at least twice daily.

Opinion:
ACV really helps my skin to control acne. My skin is less acne compared to the past days until my mum claimed to see the improvements. I still have acne but at least I can control them and went to anywhere with a little smile. I swear the smell is stinks but just bear it! I also use to cure my body acne as well.

-easily absorb to skin
-reduce inflammation and redness
-control acne and breakout
-act as a toner
-removes dead skin cells and dirt after cleansing

Cons:
-stinks and strong scent
-drying up face
-sting if applied on open acne wound

Recommendation :

~>I will stop the application for a few weeks because my mom keep telling me that "What are you appplying right now,cause you acne. Please listen to me!"
*sigh* It really frustrating. Yes,my mom watch the product i am applying although i did not told her to do so. But actually i stopped because not of my mom,but my face is likely to breakout often.

~>I continue to use ACV again last week and it does not causes me acne. Actually what really cause it was my diet. And now i am watching my diet from eating foods that triggers acne and acne are gone \ ^^ / Remember, ACV DOES NOT CAUSE ME BREAKOUT!
